Diversity has often been seen as a difficulty, but we should consider it an advantage, if we make the most of its wealth of variety, and if we create a suitable sequence and timetable of the content, planning learning that takes the diversity of students’ abilities and knowledge into consideration, and designing flexible teaching intervention proposals; all depending on the learning dynamic and training needs that arise in the daily activity of the classroom.
