From February 25-27, 2019, Barcelona was the epicenter of the sixth edition of 4 Years From Now (4YFN), an international event where we attended with the TeachersPRO project which brings together investors, startups, corporations and public institutions to empower, discover, create and plan for the future. Organized by Mobile World Capital Barcelona, this summit attracted more than 700 startups and exhibitors.
During these 3 days, we participated with the TeachersPRO project, the virtual training environment for teaching competencies, where keynote speeches, inspiring panels, presentations and enriching networking sessions took place.
Our stand, where we highlighted TeachersPRO 's virtual environment for training teaching skills, partnered with the Ship2B Foundation, which brought together 9 startups with the purpose of boosting the impact economy.
It was a privilege to share space with leading professionals from companies such as Smart Biosystem, PRISMAB, Fundeen, Mowoot, Adan Medical, Elem, Ciclogreen and Fiction Express by Boolino.

The project, titled “Leveling up Learning – What Drives Engagement on TeachersPRO?”, analyzed more than 10,000 user records from the platform between 2020 and 2022 to answer a key question: what behaviors predict that a teacher will maintain their learning over time?

TeachersPRO has been selected by SENAI and BIBB to develop a Proof of Concept in Vocational Education, highlighting its competency-based approach and the use of artificial intelligence to strengthen teacher development.
