The history of the Education and Gospel Foundation

Established by the Spanish Federation of Religious Teaching - Holders of Catholic Centers (FERE-CECA), it is a educational community committed to excellence and educational innovation. Within its pedagogical and innovation areas, the foundation is dedicated to providing valuable support to educational institutions, promoting continuous improvement processes, educational innovation and teacher professional development.

Your experience with TeachersPro

In this context, the Escalae Institute joins this work with TeachersPro, providing complementary solutions that seek to strengthen educational transformation processes. Our approach focuses on the development of professional learning communities in each educational entity, which sustain and enhance investments in educational innovation and teacher development carried out by the FEye.

For the next course, we have designed a project that encompasses several key initiatives:

• TeachersPro tutor training and accreditation for educational community Education and Gospel Foundation, thus strengthening the capacity of pedagogical leadership in their schools and encouraging the evaluation of teaching performance.
• Reinforcing teacher training through the virtual professionalization environment TeachersPro, which promotes the development of cognitive abilities and collaborative learning among educators.
• Training for 100 professionals from the 14 schools affiliated to the foundation, providing them with tools and resources to enhance their pedagogical practice, educational innovation and their professional development.

In addition, teacher training will be addressed with the integration of cognitive theories in the educational process.

With these joint efforts, the Education and Gospel Foundation and the Escalae Institute consolidate their commitment to educational quality, comprehensive teacher training and the promotion of innovative and enriching school environments.

Together, we are moving towards a stronger and more meaningful educational future for all educational community.
